The Canada Health Portal (CHP) is an internet site that provides Canadians with an authoritative and integrated view of health information and services from various government jurisdictions and organizations across Canada.

Situated on the Canada Site, the CHP is a collaborative effort currently providing seamless access the health information from over 18 Federal Government Departments, provincial/territorial governments and other portals on the Canada Site.
